These terms apply to your use of the OutsourceOp website and to text messages sent by OutsourceOp LLC ("OutsourceOp", "we", "us"), including messages sent on behalf of the small businesses we serve ("client businesses"). By using the website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Our services
OutsourceOp provides operations, software and sales services to small businesses, including insurance agencies and contractors. Services for client businesses are provided under separate written agreements, which govern if they conflict with these terms. Information on this website is general and is not an offer.
Text messaging program
Program description. OutsourceOp sends text messages to people who have provided their phone number to OutsourceOp or to one of its client businesses, through a web form or by contacting us or the client business directly. Messages relate to the recipient's request: replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes and links to review or sign them, follow-up on open quotes, and updates on a project or service.
- Message frequency varies depending on your request and its status.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or contact us.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email contact@outsourceop.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Phone numbers and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You agree to use the website lawfully and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You may not interfere with the website's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
The OutsourceOp name, logo, website content and software, including QuoteOps, belong to OutsourceOp LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
