This policy explains how OutsourceOp LLC ("OutsourceOp", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information, including phone numbers used for text messaging. OutsourceOp is based in Corpus Christi, Texas, and provides operations, software and sales services to small businesses, including insurance agencies and contractors ("client businesses"). Some of the messages we send are sent on behalf of a client business you have contacted.

Information we collect

Information you give us through web forms, such as your name, company, trade, city, phone number and email address, on this website or on quote and contact pages we operate for client businesses.
Information you give us directly when you call, text, email or meet with OutsourceOp or with a client business we work for, such as your contact details and the details of your request.
Messages you send us and records of the messages we send you.
Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit the website, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we collect phone numbers

We collect phone numbers only when you provide them:

by entering your number in a web form on this website or on a quote, intake or contact page operated by OutsourceOp for a client business; or
by contacting OutsourceOp or one of its client businesses directly (by phone, text, email or in person) and giving your number so we can respond to your request.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry or request.
To prepare, send and follow up on quotes, contracts and service requests.
To schedule appointments and send reminders.
To send updates about your request, project, policy or account.
To operate, secure and improve our services.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, you may receive messages from OutsourceOp or from OutsourceOp on behalf of the client business you contacted. These messages relate to your request: replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes and links to review or sign them, follow-up on open quotes, and updates on your project or service.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and its status.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages.

We share personal information only:

with the client business you contacted or that we serve on your behalf, for the purpose of your request;
with service providers that help us run our services (such as website hosting, email delivery and text message delivery), who may use it only to provide those services to us; and
when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of OutsourceOp, our client businesses or others.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business record-keeping requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing contact@outsourceop.com.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
